• על פי הודעת החברה מ ,25.02.21-מיכלים נמצאים במאצרת בטון .פיזומטר ( P1הנמצא מחוץ

למאצרת הבטון) בפיקוח .פיזומטר P2שנמצא בתוך המאצרה נשאב במשאבה טבולה באופן

קבוע אל מפריד הדלק.

הבדיקה התקופתית הבאה עד 05.01.2026

יש לציין את מספר התחנה בכל הפניה למשרד להגנת הסביבה

בהמשך לתוכנית 031-0340968הקובעת תוספת שימושים ,זכויות בניה והרחבת השטח המסחרי עין שמר,

שבמסגרתה יבוצעו שינויים בתחנת הדלק (דור אלון עין שמר) .חברת ''Green Wave Environment

מתכבדת להגיש דו"ח ממצאי סקר קרקע בתחנת התדלוק .הדו"ח נכתב על פי הנחיות המשרד להגנת

הסביבה.1

דיגום הקרקע בוצע באמצעות מעבדה המוסמכת על ידי הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות ()ISRAC

והמוכרת למשרד הגנת הסביבה .האנליזות בוצעו גם הן במעבדות המאושרות ע"י .ISRAC

מכלים 4:מכלים חדי דופן המותקנים בתוך בונקר בטון ,קיים מיכל לא פעיל אחד.

צנרת ההולכה הינה מסוג :פיבר חד דופן

צנרת הפריקה הינה מסוג :ברזל חד דופן

בתחנה 5מנפקות ע"ג 5איים .

קירוי :התחנה בנויה תחת גג.

משטחי התפעול :משטחי התפעול של התחנה מבוטנים ומנוקזים לתעלה וממנה למפריד דלק מים –

משטחי הבטון תקינים ללא סידוק (הן של אזור התדלוק והן של אזור פריקת הדלקים).

תשתיות הטיפול בשפכים :בתחנה קיים מפריד דלק מים מסוג היילנד.

הקולחין אחרי המפריד מגיעים למערכת הביוב האזורית.

לא קיימים בורות סופגים בתחנה.

תשתיות נוספות:

שוחות פריקה – פריקה מבוטנת ללא שוחות 5גלון עם פתח החזר עודפים.

3.0סקר קרקע

3.1מטרת העבודה

לבדוק ולאפיין באם קיים זיהום קרקע במרחב התחנה.

3.2תכנית עבודה

דיגום הקרקע בוצע בתאריך 25/10/2023על ידי מעבדת ואזה אקולוגיה המוסמכות ומאושרות לדיגום

קרקע על ידי הרשות הלאומית להסמכת מעבדות ( (ISRACוהמוכרות למשרד להגנת הסביבה .כמו כן,

הקידוחים בוצעו ע"י חברת אקודריל בשיטת דחיקה ישירה ) )Direct Pushעל ידי מכונת קידוח מסוג

.Geoprobeאיסוף גלעין הקרקע נעשה באמצעות שרוול חד פעמי העשוי טפלון (או כל חומר המתאים

ועמיד למזהמים השונים הצפויים בקרקע).

מגוון האנליזות למזהמים שנבדקו ,בוצעו במעבדת בקטוכם המוסמכת ומאושרת לכך (.)ISO 17025

3.3היקף העבודה

ביצוע 13קידוחים לעומקים משתנים (טרם ביצוע הקידוחים בוצע חישוף תשתיות עד לעומק של כ 1.5 -מ') 3

הערה :בהתאם לבקשת הרגולטור בוצע קידוח נוסף בסמוך למנפקה היסטורית ,קידוח מס' ( 14ראה איור

מס' .)'4

3.4מתודולוגיה

א .דיגום הקרקע

נעשה על ידי דוגם מוסמך ,מטעם מעבדת ואזה אקולוגיה המוסמכת ע"י ISRACלדיגום קרקע ()ISO 17025

והמוכרת למשרד להגנת הסביבה ובכפוף להנחיותיו .דוגמאות הקרקע ניטלו כל 1.0מ' (החל מ 1.0 -מ'

ובהתאם לממצאי שדה ( ויזואלים ,תחושה וריח).

דוגמאות הקרקע נלקחו ע"פ מסמך הנחיות מקצועי של המשרד להגנת הסביבה לביצוע סקר קרקע .באופן

כללי חתך הקרקע נדגם כל מטר ומכל קידוח נשלחו לפחות שתי דוגמאות קרקע לאנליזה אנליטית .עבור

כלל הדוגמאות נערכו סריקות ובדיקות שדה אורגנולפטיות (תחושה ,צבע וריח) .ערכי תרכובות אורגניות

נדיפות ( )VOCנוטרו ונמדדו באמצעות מכשיר נייד .(Photo Ionization Detector) PIDממצאי השדה

לרבות ליתולוגיה תועדו ומוצגים על גבי לוג הנדסי בדו"ח זה.

2תכנית סקר הקרקע נכתבה התאם להנחיות המקצועיות והעדכניות של המשרד להגנת הסביבה לביצוע סקר קרקע

3בשל החשש לפגיעה בתשתיות יעשה שימוש במקדח ידני מעומק 1.0מ'.

ב.

בקרת טיב ואיכות הדיגום והאנליזה נבחנה בצעדים הבאים:

– TBעבור כל יום בו בוצע דיגום ,VOCsדוגמת בקרת מסע נלקחה מהמעבדה האנליטית ולוותה את

דוגמאות הקרקע במשך שהייתן בציידנית ובמהלך השינוע (בלנק בקרה המוודא כי לא התרחש זיהום צולב

בין הדוגמאות במהלך שינוען למעבדה האנליטית).

– FBעבור כל יום בו בוצע דיגום ,VOCsדוגמת בקרת שדה נלקחה דוגמת קרקע נקייה מהמעבדה האנליטית

אשר נפתחה במהלך יום הדיגום בסמוך לעמדת הדוגם (בלנק בקרה להימצאות מזהמים בשדה העלולים

להוות השפעה חיצונית על הבדיקות האנליטיות בדוגמאות הקרקע).

כ 5% -מכלל הדוגמאות נשלחו כדוגמאות חזרה ( )Duplicates – Dupלמעבדה ראשית (בכדי לעמוד על

העקביות והחזרתיות).

כ 10% -מכלל הדוגמאות נשלחו כדוגמאות פיצול ( )Split-SPלמעבדה משנית (בכדי לעמוד על האחידות

בתוצאות בין המעבדות).

כלל האנליזות שבוצעו:

;EPA 8015D – Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons – TPHמזהם ראשי

;EPA 8260 -Volatile Organic Compounds -VOCsמזהם משני

;EPA 8270 -Semi Volatile Organic Compounds -SVOCsמזהם משני

עופרת – * , EPA 3051Aבמיצוי חומצי ; מזהם משני

הערות:

הכמות סופית של האנליזות (כולל בקרות האיכות) ובחירת דוגמאות הקרקע שנשלחו לבדיקה אנליטית נקבעו עלבסיס ממצאי השדה ,ע"פ שיקול דעת היועץ בהתאם להתפתחויות בשטח.

משמורת :באופן כללי חתך הקרקע נדגם כל מטר ועד העומק הסופי של הקידוח .דוגמאות שלא נשלחו לבדיקה

אנליטית ,בשלב הראשון של חקירת הקרקע ,נכנסו למשמורת בקירור במעבדה.

:VOCsכמות סופית ומיקום נטילת הדוגמאות נלקחו בהתאם לממצאי שדה וככל אשר עלה הצורך לתחום אנכי.

כ 5% -דוגמאות נשלחו לבקרת "חזרה" עבור המזהם הראשי ( )TPHניכר כי קיימת התאמה טובה מאוד,לא נמצאו פערים העולים על סדר גודל אחד בין שתי הבדיקות השונות עבור אותה הדוגמא .הממצא מעיד

על הדירות הבדיקה.

כ 10% -דוגמאות נשלחו לבקרת "פיצול" עבור המזהם הראשי ( ) )TPHניכר כי קיימת התאמה טובהמאוד ,לא נמצאו פערים העולים על סדר גודל אחד בין שתי הבדיקות השונות עבור אותה הדוגמא.

הממצא מעיד על הדירות הבדיקה.

בהמשך לביצוע חקירת קרקע במרחב תחנת תדלוק "דור אלון עין שמר" ,חברת ' Green Wave
