מועברת אליכם בזאת התייחסות המשרד לשוויון חברתי (להלן" :המשרד") כפי שנמסרה לידי

הח"מ על ידי הגורמים העוסקים בכך במשרד ,בהתייחס לבקשתכם לקבל מידע בקשר לטיסות השר

לשוויון חברתי ושר התפוצות ,מר עמיחי שיקלי (להלן" :השר") ,בחציון הראשון של שנת .2023

.1ראשית יצוין כי כל הטיסות של השר בחציון הראשון של שנת 2023נעשו בתפקידו כשר

התפוצות ,כאשר ישנו הסדר מוסכם בין המשרד למשרד התפוצות לגבי חלוקת העלויות של

השר בנסיעותיו לחו"ל .על כן ,המידע המפורט בבקשתנו הוא המידע שהצלחנו לאתר במשרד,

ויתכנו פרטים מסוימים שעבור השלמתם נדרש לפנות למשרד התפוצות או למשרד החוץ.

.2מצ"ב טבלה המפרטת את שמות בעלי התפקידים שהתלוו לשר ותיאור תפקידם (לא כולל

מאבטחים ,כאמור בסעיף 4להלן) ,יעד ,תקופה ,עלות טיסות ,עלות מלון והוצאות שהות.

.3מצ"ב החלטות ממשלה ביחס לטיסות השר וכן לוחות זמנים שאותרו עבור הטיסות .בלוחות

הזמנים הושחרו פרטים ביחס למלונות כאמור בסעיף 5להלן ,מספרי טלפונים ניידים וכתובות

של גורמים שונים שחשיפתם מהווה פגיעה בפרטיות בהתאם לסעיף (9א)( )3לחוק חופש המידע

התשנ"ח – ( 1998להלן" :החוק") ,וכן פרטים ביחס לצדדי ג' .יצוין כי בשל העיכוב במתן

התשובה ועל מנת שנוכל להוציא תשובה בהקדם לא נערכה פנייה לצדדי ג' לאחר קבלת כל

המשרד לשוויון חברתי ,רח' כנפי נשרים ,5ירושלים ,טל ,02-6547027 :פקס02-6547034 :

החומרים מהגורמים הרלוונטיים ,ואולם ככל שתעמוד על כך – נערוך פנייה לגורמים שצוינו

כצדדי ג'.

.4יצוין כי בהתאם לסעיף (9א)( )1לא ניתן למסור מידע על אודות טיסות והוצאות אבטחה משום

חשש לפגיעה בביטחון המדינה ובביטחונו של אדם; זאת משום שחשיפת טיסות והוצאות

האבטחה יכולה ללמד על כלל מערך האבטחה שמעמיד המשרד לנסיעות.

.5יצוין כי בהתאם לסעיף(9א)( )1לא ניתן למסור מידע אודות שמות המלונות בהם שהה השר בעת

נסיעותיו בחו"ל מאחר שיתכן שהדבר יפגע בסידורי אבטחה עתידיים.

.6ניתן לעתור נגד החלטה זו לפי הוראות חוק בתי משפט לעניינים מינהליים ,התש"ס.2000-
